Who is Pibrain for?
Restaurants, cafés and F&B businesses in Singapore with one to a few outlets, especially those without an in-house tech person.
Do I need all the modules?
No. Every module is a switch — start with your website and add bookings, ordering, loyalty and the rest when you're ready.
Where is my data kept?
In Singapore. Pibrain's database and app run in Singapore, and we follow the PDPA: guest consent is recorded, and guests' data can be exported or deleted on request.
Does Pibrain handle my payments?
No — payments for orders and gift cards go straight to your own Stripe account. Pibrain only keeps Stripe's references and statuses.
Will the AI say things I didn't approve?
No. The AI drafts website words, posts and review replies from your own menu and facts; you check and approve everything. It never guesses your halal status or invents offers or prices.
Who owns my website and guest list?
You do. Your guest list can be exported at any time.
