Who we are

Pibrain is provided by Wrapster Foods (S) Pte Ltd (UEN 201111576H), Singapore (“we”). These terms apply to restaurants and businesses that use Pibrain (“you”).

Beta

Pibrain is in a founding-member beta. Features may change, and some are marked “coming soon”. Your price and term are agreed with you in writing.

Your account and team

• Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what your team does in Pibrain.
• Give each person the right role (Owner, Manager or Staff), and remove people who leave.

Your content and data

• You own your content (menus, photos, words) and your guest data. You give us permission to use it only to run Pibrain for you.
• You are responsible for your menu, prices, halal status, allergen information and offers being correct. AI drafts are suggestions — check them before you publish.
• You must have the right to use the photos and content you upload, and collect guest data and marketing consent lawfully. Pibrain records consent to help you.

Payments

Payments for online orders and gift cards are processed by Stripe into your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. Pibrain never holds your money. Refunds and chargebacks are between you, your guest and Stripe.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pibrain to break the law, send spam, mislead guests, or attack or overload the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pibrain running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We'll tell you about important changes to these terms before they apply.

Ending

You can stop using Pibrain at any time and ask for an export of your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
